Threshers was acquired from administrators in 2010. We have built this business up as a pure online platform with a great range of drinks on offer and with fast delivery.
SEP Residential owns over 900 residential units which are managed by our team. SEP Residential also continues to develop new residential schemes including conversions and brown field development sites.
Roxburghe Private Wealth Management is a privately owned Commercial property and Commerce investment platform based in Mayfair. The sourcing of Equity for investment is confined to private investors only.
In addition to the SEP's own holdings, SEP Asset Management manage investments on behalf of private and institutional investors with a combined value of over £1bn. SEP Asset Management have a new remit to manage and invest a further £250m for a private fund.
